Cancellation Clause: PLEASE NOTE

Monthly Rental agreement cancellations which occur one week before the start of a rental agreement on a house or apartment are subject to a one ( 1 ) month cancellation fee, your security deposit or whichever is greater. Weekly rental agreement cancellations which occur one week prior to the start of the rental are subject to one week ( 1 ) cancellation fee or 1 week of your security deposit in forfeiture.
